Location was a tad tricky to pinpoint as the building appears deserted from the outside. Nevertheless, I believe it's a novel location, so once everything is finalised, this issue should dissipate. Booking was a breeze, the individuals were amiable, and my lashes turned out flawlessly. Not typically a fan of wearing lashes regularly, but I've already scheduled a top-up in advance to have them consistently. They're remarkably comfortable, and I've received numerous compliments.

I am absolutely delighted with my treatments (gel nails, brow shaping, and tint). The procedures were executed to an exceptionally high standard by welcoming, professional personnel. The salon went the extra mile to accommodate me, making me feel truly welcomed and appreciated. I was genuinely impressed by how they evidently value and nurture their staff, which is reflected in the exceptional service you receive. A pristine salon with friendly, skilled staff - you won't find better.

Appallingly inadequate communication from them. I was gifted a Groupon voucher for Christmas. Initially, I encountered difficulties securing an appointment with them. Upon finally receiving a response, it was rather impertinent. I was instructed to schedule an appointment using their app, which I did, and received a confirmation email. However, when attempting to reschedule my appointment the day before, I discovered it was no longer in the system. The mobile number provided in the app and confirmation email is incorrect, as the individual who responded stated they had no affiliation with the salon. The landline number I found simply rings endlessly without an option to leave a message. When I managed to get a response via Messenger, it was once again impertinent, claiming they couldn't disrupt their treatments to answer the phone. I was also abruptly informed that they aren't constantly active on social media, so they couldn't respond through Messenger - despite frequent posts on Facebook. I didn't anticipate this, but if I can't leave a voicemail, how am I supposed to communicate with them? I work full-time, so I can't keep attempting to call every half-hour. Subsequently, they informed me that Groupon had nullified all the vouchers and would be issuing refunds. When my mother-in-law contacted Groupon to inquire about this, they denied any knowledge of cancellations!
