The staff here are absolutely delightful, always friendly and never pushy when it comes to choosing a nail colour. Unlike some other salons, they create a comfortable environment where I feel at ease.
Just started getting my nails done again and I'm thrilled to have discovered a salon that doesn't rush me. The staff are so welcoming and the atmosphere is super relaxed.
Disappointing experience, I spent £40 on acrylic nails and was extremely dissatisfied with the outcome. All my nails ended up the same size and way too large, drawing attention from everyone who saw them. When I returned after 3 days to have them filed down, I was told I'd have to pay an extra £15 because I didn't come back the same day. This left me feeling regretful for the money spent on the poorly done nails.
