I've visited this establishment on four occasions, each time making a prior reservation. However, upon arrival, I have consistently been informed of a 10-minute wait, which inevitably extends to 30 minutes due to double booking with walk-in clients. On two occasions, the receptionist had to step in to provide the massage, only to be replaced by another masseuse halfway through. While I understand the intention to accommodate all clients, the poor customer service experienced has led me to decide against returning for future massages.

Upon visiting this centre, I was assured of a one-hour massage with a specific therapist. However, upon her arrival, she directed me to the room, only to switch to a male client in urgent need of a massage. Subsequently, the receptionist provided me with a massage without any explanation or apology for the sudden change. Midway through the session, there was yet another switch of masseuses without prior notice or apologies, resulting in a subpar experience. The service did not justify the price paid, and the lack of professionalism is concerning. I strongly advise against patronising this establishment due to the inadequate massage service and unreasonably high costs.

Discovered this centre over a year ago and highly recommend their acupuncture sessions for energy balancing, smoking cessation, and weight management. Recently had my second massage for an injury, and I also highly recommend this service. The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, providing a positive experience overall.
