I've visited this establishment on four occasions, each time making a prior reservation. However, upon arrival, I have consistently been informed of a 10-minute wait, which inevitably extends to 30 minutes due to double booking with walk-in clients. On two occasions, the receptionist had to step in to provide the massage, only to be replaced by another masseuse halfway through. I have been going to Lily for BIAB treatments for three months now and I am thrilled with the outcome. My nails are now incredibly robust and the gel lasts a minimum of four weeks, as opposed to the standard gel polish I used to get that lasted up to 3 weeks.

However, I was thrilled with the results. She took her time and it was evident that she truly enjoyed her work, unlike many other places where it feels rushed.
