The last time I had a massage, it wasn't the greatest (many years ago at a spa). So I had a negative opinion of them. After hearing positive reviews about the massages, I took the plunge and booked in last night for today.
Had my hair styled by Olivia today and I will definitely be returning as it's a fantastic cut and she was so welcoming and the salon is delightful. I also get my nails and waxing done there by Harper, who is also very friendly. Elliott is fantastic and always accommodating when scheduling appointments. The whole team are exceptional and I would highly recommend the salon to anyone.
I was a first-time visitor at this wonderful spacious salon back in June after receiving a birthday gift voucher from my friend. I opted to have my nails done for my Granddaughter's wedding as I don't usually pamper myself in this feminine way, so it was a real treat. Lila did an amazing job. And to show how satisfied I was, I have been returning for infills every 4 weeks since then. Being from the older generation, a couple of my nails started to develop vertical cracks and lines as they do with age. So this was the perfect solution and my nails now look beautiful all the time. Having lovely nails is even better than I expected. Thank you Lila and thank you to the Hair and Beauty Lounge. Highly recommended.
