The physicians here have always shown laziness and incompetence but since covid they appear to believe it's acceptable not to physically see patients anymore. It's evidently simpler to brush people off over the phone rather than facing them in person. Either manage the practice correctly or shut it down entirely.
I've been attending the clinic since I was a kid it was poor back then but now they won't even see you. It's been years since I've been able to seek help for an issue. You can't enter the clinic ever since covid and you can't meet doctors and you can't request to see doctors you can only have phone conversations with individuals who aren't your GP dreadful couldn't not discourage more. Should shut it down. I'm now at a different GP and it's fantastic there much more compassionate than the reception staff in Partington and I can secure an appointment the following day.
