My mother's face was burnt during an eyebrow waxing session. A week later, she developed unsightly scabs on her brow bones, and her eyebrows are now completely uneven. Despite our attempts to reach out, the salon has ignored us, offering no solution apart from suggesting aloe vera. Unacceptable.
