Upon inquiring about getting just “2” packs of tape-in extensions installed, a process that takes no more than 40 minutes, I was quoted £100 for the service and given an immediate appointment without a consultation. Later, I realized I might not have enough hair for a full head of extensions (usually requiring 4-6 packs), which made me hesitant about proceeding at the high price I was asked to pay for just 2 packs. When I raised my concerns with Rebecca and mentioned a family member offering a lower price, I received a response implying that I should not question her pricing. Upon visiting Rebecca's website, I noticed a service for a weave fitting and maintenance priced at £50, taking 1 hour and 20 minutes as stated on the website. This made me question the price I was given for a service that required less time and fewer hair extensions compared to the full weave fitting service. When I pointed out this misleading information on the website, the response was simply acknowledging the need for a change. I suggested the possibility of offering a consultation for new clients, to which I was labeled as rude and subsequently banned from the salon. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism displayed in handling my concerns. I will not be endorsing this establishment in the future due to these experiences.
