I've visited the Brow, Lash, and Aesthetics (Pembroke) on multiple occasions. Personally, I've only had Vicky for my chosen treatments - she consistently ensures my comfort and relaxation. Vicky's honesty with advice is commendable, and I've had delightful experiences every time. It's a clear choice to be a repeat customer - she's fantastic!

I've frequented the Brow and Lash salon for approximately 6 years. I've indulged in nearly all their offerings and have never been let down. Regularly getting my eyelashes done, botox, nails, etc. Vicky and her team exhibit professionalism, expertise, and a willingness to cater to your needs. Always approachable, cheerful, and great to converse with. The salon exudes a warm, inviting ambiance, conveniently located with ample parking. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my beauty treatments. If I could, I'd award 10 stars!! Keep up the excellent work, ladies 💪💪

Would rate zero stars if possible. I visited for lash extensions, providing multiple reference images of my desired look. Initially, everything seemed fine, but I grew concerned when the technician began without cleaning or priming my lashes. Despite knowing the implications for lash longevity, I stayed silent. Midway through, she inquired about the images, only then examining them. Upon completion, she had me open my eyes, causing discomfort from improperly dried glue. She reassured me, claiming it's a common occurrence, which shouldn't be the case 🤦🏻‍♀️ Unable to fully see due to irritation, I later discovered they were not as requested. She had only considered one reference, resulting in the wrong style and thickness. After spending £50 on lashes I despised, I cried. They were itchy, causing sleep disturbances, with some adhering to my eyelids or poking my eyes. Upon removal, I realized poor application had damaged my natural lashes. Fortunately, no permanent loss occurred, but the risk was present. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment.
