The service provided was impeccable. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. However, the nail art fell short of expectations. I had requested a French tip design with a heart, but unfortunately, the heart was inverted and the French tips were uneven and messy. Despite feeling disappointed, I found it challenging to convey my dissatisfaction to the nail technician, who was genuinely lovely. It is possible that I was attended to by a trainee, but this was not communicated to me. Additionally, during the gel pedicure, my feet were not soaked or buffed; only gel was applied without shaping my toenails as requested. I must reiterate that the staff were exceptional, but the quality of the gel application was lacking.
