Incredible experience and welcoming atmosphere with exceptional craftsmanship every time you take a seat.
Just completed my sleeve tattoo with Chloe, and he made an error which required me to come back for a fix. I would have given him 4 stars if he had handled it properly, but unfortunately, he did not. It took over a month to schedule me back in with poor communication about setting a date. However, the 1-star rating stems from the fact that just before I left the studio, he chose to be extremely rude, aggressive, unprofessional, and even used profanity towards me. It was uncalled for. He interpreted a text message from me as sounding negative about my dissatisfaction with the mistake, something that could have been rectified on the spot when I pointed it out but wasn't. Instead of addressing me calmly, he opted for confrontation. Disgraceful behaviour. Despite the few mistakes he made, what was a fantastic sleeve was unfortunately tarnished by his attitude at the end, and I will not return to him for future work. Exercise caution when considering him as a tattoo artist.
Chloe has been designing for me for 25 years. I wouldn't consider anyone else. Superb and approachable service, she will absorb your concepts and refine them to create something extraordinary. You'd be foolish not to!!
