Even during lockdown, I have greatly benefited from Emily's expertise! A simple zoom call, and it felt like we were in the same room. No need to travel or get stuck in traffic. Perfect. After teaching me the basics of EFT, Emily delved deep into my troubles, providing me with clear answers and tasks. Impressive! She ended the session with 10 minutes of relaxation. That's all I remember until I woke up 120 minutes later, feeling much better and somehow lighter. No one has ever had that effect on me! Needless to say, I will be returning. I had considered going to a GP for some 'happy' pills due to my low mental well-being. Not needed now, as I've found someone who can offer solutions, not tablets, and she really knows her stuff!
