Reached out to the salon today on a whim, hoping for a last-minute appointment. Unfortunately, the individual who answered the phone not only seemed dismissive when I was told they were fully booked until June, but also abruptly ended the call without allowing me to say anything. I'm puzzled as to why they are so busy if this is how they treat potential customers just making an inquiry. A simple "I'm sorry, how about we schedule you in for June when we have availability? Thank you for reaching out." A little courtesy goes a long way. Just a thought.
