I visited the salon for a balayage and haircut by Mateo and I must say, I was blown away! Mateo's professionalism and talent are top-notch. I am absolutely thrilled with how my hair turned out and I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend Mateo!

This salon is the worst I've ever been to, the staff were intimidating and unfriendly! I went in to get my lashes done and paid £60 for a set that was not the mega volume I asked for, it ended up looking more like a wet-look hybrid set. I've been getting my lashes done for 5 years, so I know what I'm talking about. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they pressured me to pay the full amount and even threatened to involve the police. They claimed the technician had 5 years of experience, but the work did not reflect that at all. The manager (if she really was one) was unhelpful and unsupportive. These people are far from friendly. Avoid Kasia at all costs, her mega volume technique involves handmade 6D fans on every lash, resulting in missing lashes and a messy look. This was the worst lash service I've experienced in 5 years. Stay away from this salon and its staff.

I regularly get my eyelashes and hair styled at this establishment and both Kasia and Ola do a fantastic job. The prices are very reasonable compared to other places. I always leave satisfied with the results, the staff are welcoming and friendly.
