My haircut with Theresa was not the greatest experience. I understand it was a late Friday appointment, but that is no excuse for being unprofessional. My hair was left uneven, with one side layered and the other not much 🤔. To make matters worse, she accidentally burnt my hair with the hairdryer and used a dirty hairbrush 🤢. She even cut my hair while another client was waiting with foils in her hair. I will not be returning.
I had a fantastic experience with Susanne; she was incredibly friendly and offered excellent advice when I was unsure about what I wanted. Just a heads up, they only accept cash, but they were understanding when I needed to quickly go to the bank afterwards as I hadn't realized.
The salon is impeccably clean with a delightful decor. I always enjoy getting my hair styled by Michelle; she is so talkative and amiable, and never fails to impress. The staff are incredibly warm and attentive, and I particularly love the relaxing head massage during the hair wash.
