I am pleased with my adorable nails and found the staff to be extremely friendly and hospitable.
Exceptional service for myself and my two daughters. We all adore our nails.
Everyone appeared quite pleasant, though there was a slight issue with cleanliness. The nail technician did not quite deliver the shape and style I had in mind. Initially quoted £35, but then unexpectedly added an extra £10. The service felt rushed and the acrylic caused a burning sensation. Overall, the outcome did not match the picture of what I had envisioned.
