Katie, my hair stylist, was truly outstanding. She was knowledgeable, provided excellent advice, and did an outstanding job on my hair. However, here's the twist: the remaining team members, particularly the supervisor, were extremely unprofessional. I encountered staff members who persistently pushed thinning hair treatments on me, even though I never requested them. It seemed like they were solely focused on upselling without actually considering my preferences. Frankly, it left a negative impression on me. While Katie deserves top marks from me, the rest of the team? Not so much. They could certainly benefit from some lessons in professionalism and customer service.
Anna has been styling my hair for more than a year, and I am consistently amazed by her expertise. She is efficient, quick, and always delivers exceptional results. Moreover, she is incredibly friendly! I highly recommend her services.
