I used to be a regular customer for facials but they kept altering their prices until one day they overcharged me so much, I never came back. The price rose by £10 in just 2 weeks, showing they charge based on the person, not the service. The nail technician is terrible as well. I used to come here for convenience but now I'd rather deal with the inconvenience of travelling just to go elsewhere!
I will never recommend this establishment to anyone, ever. Went for a Pedicure and had my feet in cold water for 5 minutes, then told my feet were ready! No spa treatment or anything, but they wanted to charge me £30 for a back massage. While I was there, two individuals came in to complain about their nails. The Owner should be utterly ashamed of themselves...
Cleanliness is an afterthought here. Arrived today and it was swarming with flies. A person having their nails done had flies all over their back and hands and had to endure that. If possible, find a much cleaner place to go to, it’s absolutely revolting in here.
