I've been a loyal customer of this salon for many years now and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. My children range in age from 12 to 18 years old. My youngest has special needs and always leaves the salon feeling truly pampered. The staff work with her so compassionately and skillfully. My daughters and I have had various treatments including colours, trims, restyles, and prom up-dos, and we have always been thrilled with the results!
I had made an appointment to see a particular hairdresser, but upon arrival, I discovered that she was on holiday. I rescheduled for another time, only to find that she was still occupied with another client when I arrived. After waiting for 15 minutes past our agreed time with no end in sight, I decided to leave without saying a word.
Yesterday, I had an appointment for a haircut at 3:30 pm. I specifically asked for long layers, but the stylist didn't cut them as requested. The whole process only took five minutes, and I was left feeling very disappointed. This was one of the worst salon experiences I've had, and I regret spending £19 on it. I urge others not to visit this salon as it was a waste of both money and time. The staff were also quite rude.
