I am a regular cyclist and I have been going to Theodore for some time now to have deep tissue work. Theo is always amazing at zeroing in on problem areas and addressing them, sometimes finding issues I hadn't been immediately aware of. I have tried a few different therapists for this type of treatment but none use the same method Theo is trained in and I personally find it much more effective than others I have tried.
I have been seeing Theodore for over 2 years now and so has my spouse. I went due to crippling migraines and lower back pain due to arthritis. My Migraines have reduced significantly and I get so much relief after a visit to Theodore. They made me feel so welcome and at ease from the first meeting and I now look forward to seeing their happy and welcoming face at least once a month! I stopped for a few months due to personal reasons and my migraines were definitely worse, so I went straight back and after a few close together appointments I am again noticing the difference! I also feel the relief with my back when I feel it needs some attention. My spouse has also had so much relief with their back, knee and leg after an Achilles injury which required two surgeries. Theodore knows their stuff regarding massage and the body. I sometimes have no idea what muscle they are talking about but I definitely feel the relief after. I can not recommend Invest in you with Theodore more. I honestly couldn’t manage my conditions without seeing Theo 😊
Have lost track of how many years I have been going to see Theodore. Would never go anywhere else. From crippling migraines to shoulders that are constantly solid they are always able to make a considerable difference for my physical and mental health. Walking around pain free has such an impact on my health!
