I arrived around 1pm and had to wait for 10 minutes. During my appointment, I suddenly felt very unwell and my vision became blurry. The staff were incredibly caring and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. Their compassion and kindness were exceptional. I will definitely be returning! Update: I have been going back for the past 4 months and continue to receive excellent service. I love my Christmas nails!
I had my nails done with BIAB and gel on Saturday morning, but by Saturday evening, I noticed that my tips were soft and when pressed, revealed uncured gel. I've been itching all weekend due to the uncured gel causing a reaction. When I went back to the salon on Monday evening to ask for a refund, they refused, offering only to redo the nails. However, because of my reaction, I couldn't have them redone, leaving me unable to get back the £35 I spent. I would not recommend this salon.
My nails were shaped incorrectly, with a gradient and cut at different lengths. Despite asking for a specific design and pointing out that it was supposed to be a butterfly, not a star, the technician ignored me and continued. This is not the first time my nails have been shaped incorrectly or not done as requested. I was the only customer in the shop for 2 hours, yet my nails were still done wrong.
