I arrived around 1pm and had to wait for 10 minutes. During my appointment, I suddenly felt very unwell and my vision became blurry. The staff were incredibly caring and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. Their compassion and kindness were exceptional. I will definitely be returning! Update: I have been going back for the past 4 months and continue to receive excellent service. It was my first time visiting and I must say it's a delightful place. I was welcomed by a very warm lady who graciously made me a cup of tea and my daughter a hot chocolate.
