Just got my brows and lashes done at Faking it and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially for a first-timer like me. They were patient and answered all my questions, no matter how trivial. This is now my go-to place. I'll definitely be a regular customer. Well done, Faking it ❤️
I had my eyelashes done a week ago and they're still intact. The service was exceptional and the woman who attended to us was incredibly kind. I will definitely be returning.
I paid £50 for classic lashes and I'm extremely disappointed. Nearly half of them fell out within 6 days, despite following all the aftercare instructions diligently. When I raised my concerns, the salon seemed quick to shift the blame onto me, suggesting my natural lashes were the issue. However, upon inspection, my natural lashes were fine. They offered a mini infill, but I was already on holiday and they didn't bother to respond when I mentioned this. I will not be returning to them.
