Pleasant staff, but the store was rather chilly.
Today, I ventured into a shop to pick up an order I had placed a week prior. Coming straight from a hospital stay, I was anxious that my order might be sent back. Armed with my email confirmation, I was asked for ID. The only thing I had was my hospital wristband. Despite my plea under the circumstances, they insisted on a photo ID. I was barely able to stand, yet the staff were unhelpful and rude, telling me to leave. In times of need, good customer service should not be hard to come by. These women's behaviour was appalling. I hope they never face a situation like the one I did today. It's disappointing to see such disgraceful conduct from adults - one might expect it from younger staff, but these women should know better. Absolutely shameful. Normally, I'm not one to engage in online conflict, but this situation calls for it. @salonservices, please address this issue with your staff.
