My nail appointment here yesterday left me feeling underwhelmed. The gentleman attending to me was preoccupied with his phone throughout, expressing frustration at the curvature of my nails and their perceived difficulty. He even struggled with a basic butterfly design, necessitating the intervention of another team member. Fortunately, the outcome was satisfactory, with the butterfly motif turning out well, and a bespectacled colleague rectifying the nail shape in the end.
