Clara and her team made me feel valued and pampered in her delightful, cosy salon from the moment I stepped inside. The hair wash was incredibly soothing... oh, those chairs, and Clara's head massage was heavenly. Thank you so much Clara for my fantastic new hair. Without a doubt, a 5-star experience, I am eager to return. And thank you for the surprise goodie bag, that was a delightful treat!
I adore my locks. The hue and the trim are superb and the service was exceptional. I typically don't relish getting my hair styled, but both individuals were so amiable, the seats at the basin were akin to beds and unbelievably snug, and all the little extras made it worth every penny. A tad pricier than what I've paid before, but it was justified, and I will certainly return for more frequent hair appointments.
I cannot praise enough! From initial discussion to the final outcome, my overall experience at Elite was impeccable. A special shoutout to Angel who performed wonders on me! I am overjoyed with the end result, and the shade surpassed all my hopes - you are truly a wizard! The whole team is incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the salon itself is cosy and inviting, a pleasant place to spend time in. A huge thank you!
