What an incredible nail salon! I've had the pleasure of getting two different designs done here, and on both occasions, they were executed flawlessly. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming and always ensures that I feel at ease during my visits - I even enjoyed a lovely cup of tea during my most recent appointment.

It took more than 2 hours to complete a full set of nails, only to find them smudged before I even got into my car. Upon returning to the salon, I had them switched to gel, but the colour didn't turn out as expected. The strong smell of acetone in the shop was overwhelming and made my throat uncomfortable. I have no intention of returning. Regarding the salon's response, the 2-hour timeframe was from the beginning of the nail service. While gel nails are an improvement, regular polish should certainly last longer than a mere 10 minutes. There are far superior salons in Portsmouth, so I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The results were outstanding - my nails have never looked better, and the manicure's longevity is truly impressive, showing no signs of chipping or fading even weeks later. I've received numerous compliments on my nails and have already secured my next appointment. This salon is a hidden gem for those seeking top-notch nail services. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
