I purchased a Groupon Voucher for a package that included a conditioning treatment and haircut. Upon arrival, I received the haircut but not the conditioning treatment. To my surprise, when I inquired about it, the attendant requested an additional £80 on top of the Groupon price to receive the treatment that was supposed to be included. Additionally, after blow-drying my hair, an excessive amount of mousse was applied, leaving my hair looking greasy and unkempt. This forced me to return home to wash and restyle my hair, causing me to miss an important interview. This experience was highly disappointing and felt like a scam.
