Got waxing and brow shaping done here by Savi and she did a fantastic job, I'm really happy. I was quite anxious as I've never had threading done before but I'll definitely return. She made me feel at ease and guided me throughout. Had to wait 10 minutes as there were 2 people ahead of me. However, the ambiance here is pleasant, comfy seats, warm, and Savi had everything well managed. I fail to comprehend why they would establish a store with such low standards. The excessive use of gel has left my nails damaged and I am unable to remove it. Furthermore, the staff engaged in gossiping about clients to each other, which is unprofessional.
