This is the most hospitable hair salon I've ever been to. Hair salons, in general, make me anxious, not really my scene, often feeling uncomfortable and out of place. But not here. I stumbled upon this place a few years back now, and right from the start, I felt welcomed and relaxed. Getting to know Alex has been a delight, along with their other customers, and it never feels exclusive like other salons. Besides being a delightful individual, Alex is also incredibly talented with hair; my hair has never looked as fabulous as it does after Alex works their magic. This is my go-to salon for life. This is a gender-neutral hair salon. The proprietor is highly skilled and can create any hairstyle you desire. What I appreciate about them is that they will honestly convey if they disagree with your chosen hairstyle. They will advise you on whether a certain hair colour is achievable or if that hairstyle will complement you. They always offer suggestions. The salon is well-stocked with various products if you wish to make a purchase. Recently relocated to their newly constructed upstairs salon since a restaurant will take over the downstairs space, the upstairs salon is compact yet stylish. I would wholeheartedly endorse the expertise of this hairdresser.
