The most unprofessional salon ever. Asked for balayage, got full bleach and colour without consent. Dealing with damaged hair now. Disgusted by the service, NOT recommended. Called to explain, but lady screamed and didn't listen. Asked for ash brown, got fading copper brown. Shocking and unhygienic. Will report to trading standards if no refund.
Avoid Blossom Beauty Bar. I've never been here, but they ruined my hair with a 5cm trim. They even deleted my 1-star review!
