Joe at Jo & Cass gave me an amazing haircut! He listened carefully to what I wanted, offered great suggestions, and executed the cut with precision and skill. The result was better than I imagined, and I've received many compliments. Joe is not only talented but also friendly and professional, making the entire experience enjoyable.
I recently visited Jo & cass and had a fantastic experience! I walked in without an appointment, hoping there would be a slot available, and was delighted to be booked in within the next half an hour.
Just had the most fantastic experience here, the first time I’ve been to a salon and left with exactly what I wanted! I rang up at half 3 hoping for an appointment on such short notice and got fit in half an hour later, was seen by the lovely Joe who made me feel SO comfortable and made sure to keep checking in to make sure I was happy with the haircut. Would highly recommend booking with him for his high professionalism and genuine kindness. Have never had my hair look so fantastic.
