I cannot praise my experience highly enough. Went for my first ever waxing session, I was really anxious. Fortunately, I was treated to a wonderful experience. The ambiance was delightful, Leanne was attentive, thorough, and extremely professional. The process was less painful than anticipated. I made an appointment for Microblading. I initially thought it might be as painful as some tattoos, but I was pleasantly surprised. Chandelle was incredibly soothing and guided me through the entire process, providing detailed explanations. In just 90 minutes, it was all done. I was amazed by how painless it was and how beautifully my brows turned out! I'm absolutely in love with them and wish I had done this sooner. I received a lovely care package to take home and a comprehensive care plan to follow. Very professional, calming, and worth every penny. Great choice if you’re looking for a simple, budget-friendly walk-in service with meticulous attention to nail detail and finish. I am consistently pleased with the final outcome. The salon could benefit from a thorough cleaning and improved hygiene practices, as tools appear to be reused without sterilisation between clients. I've been a regular at ND Skin Clinic for a while now. The team here is exceptional and really takes care of you. Their waxing services are top-notch, especially with the use of Lycon wax which is fantastic. I've experienced minimal pain and zero breakouts, just silky smooth skin that lasts. The elderly gentleman in the store was extremely rough with my nails and cuticles, causing me to bleed. 7 out of 10 fingers were left red and sore. Despite my feedback about his roughness, he disregarded it. He did notice the bleeding but used acrylic to cover it up. Additionally, he neglected to clean the excess acrylic around my cuticles, leaving my fingers feeling uncomfortable, uneven, and unclean. Had a very negative experience here, especially considering the £40 charge. I have recommended Olivia/Olive's to many acquaintances, who, like me, have all been thoroughly satisfied. Recently celebrated a birthday, and Olivia allowed us to make a group booking and spend the afternoon indulging ourselves. Olivia is always accommodating. So far, I have indulged in facials, gel nails, pedicures, and under-eye treatments... all exceptional and affordably priced.
