Unacceptable customer service from Crown beauty. Scheduled for a treatment a day prior to my wedding and they failed to inform me of their inability to fulfil my booking, only notifying me after continuous follow-ups. Would not suggest engaging with a business displaying such unprofessional conduct.
Went for a facial. Extremely accommodating in booking appointments for both myself and my daughter simultaneously. Exceptional facial, would highly recommend with full certainty and plan to revisit.
Opted for hybrid lashes and needed to return for adjustments as several had detached. They rectified the issue at no additional cost. However, a week later, every single lash has shed, greatly disappointing considering the cost.
