I have been visiting Tonya for my nail and waxing needs for a few years now. She is truly the most skilled beautician I have encountered in my decade-long search for quality nail services. Her creativity and professionalism shine through in every appointment. Shuniece, who assists Tonya and manages her schedule, is also exceptional. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Tonya - you will not be disappointed!
I had made a booking with Tonya through Treatwell for a lash treatment, but upon arrival, I was attended to by another beautician as Tonya was occupied with another client. Unfortunately, the results of the treatment were unsatisfactory - my lashes did not lift as expected, and there was no visible difference. I was charged for the service and left feeling like I had wasted my time. Upon leaving a review on Treatwell, I was surprised to receive a rude response from Tonya via WhatsApp. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I have frequented many beauty establishments, but I have never experienced such treatment. It makes me question how her business is still operational. Overall, my experience was dreadful - poor treatment, abysmal customer service, and an unpleasant encounter. Proceed with caution when considering this establishment. Remember, kindness goes a long way.
