Can't endorse Lorna's yogabellies sessions enough! I joined pregnancy yoga from about 22 weeks pregnant and it was the finest groundwork and insight I had for childbirth. From the discussions to the breathing and exercises, I felt ready and informed about birth and used various breathing techniques and positions I had learned during labour.
I began attending Lorna's Mum and Baby sessions when my son was about 2 or 3 months old. We were always greeted warmly and relished bonding through yoga! The activities were gentle and suitable for postnatal recovery.
