I've visited this salon on numerous occasions for their nail art expertise. However, I have concerns about their hygiene standards. They don't properly sterilise their tools between appointments. Today, I was accidentally cut near my cuticle twice, and the staff didn't promptly clean the cuts to prevent infection. It was quite concerning to see them let germs enter the cuts without urgency to address it. I had to ask multiple times for antiseptic, which was only applied to one of the cuts. Now, I'm at risk of infection due to the lack of sterilisation and inadequate treatment. EDIT: Thank you for your reply. The issue isn't the cuts themselves, accidents can happen during nail treatments and I understand that. The problem lies in the lack of proper treatment for the cuts, my insistence on antiseptic application, and the failure to sterilise equipment between clients.

We've recently relocated to the region and I gave MiA a try. I must say, I was truly impressed by the professionalism of the nail technicians and how they patiently addressed all my queries.
