The difference between working under Lloyd's and the new owners is like night and day. The staff is now relaxed, well-organized, and content, which is evident in the service provided. Grateful for our team and the community's satisfaction. No more tears at the end of a shift.
Queensferry struck gold when the independent pharmacy acquired Lloyds. The management is top-notch, and medications are dispensed promptly without any hitches. Speaking as a former community pharmacist, my daughter was initially given just one bottle of antibiotics for a 10-day course. I anticipated having to return to the GP, but the pharmacist readily provided another bottle without any hassle. The pharmacy now seems adequately staffed and, as I mentioned, exceptionally well-managed. Independent pharmacies always excel; the chain stores are only concerned with profits and targets. Keep up the excellent work! 👏
Ever since the independent pharmacy took over Lloyds, working there has been a delight. My stress levels have significantly dropped. Prescriptions are now being swiftly processed on-site. No more long waits or being asked to return after two days. It's a much more pleasant workplace. The new proprietors go the extra mile to assist customers, and they treat the staff with kindness.
