The change in ownership here is quite recent. I've visited multiple times in the past and had positive experiences. However, during my last appointment, I arrived late. Despite receiving a warm email allowing me to reschedule, I was unexpectedly asked to make a full payment over the phone less than ten minutes before my appointment.
