I have been frequenting this establishment for quite some time now (about a couple of years), and I have availed myself of a variety of services here. The team is consistently warm and always succeeds in making my visits comfortable. I never seek services elsewhere. I always make an effort to schedule appointments with the same individuals who work there as they make me feel like we are friends having a casual chat. I have been to DIFFERENT establishments where I was disregarded, talked over, and/or mistreated, but I definitely do not encounter that at Escape Beauty.
Gift vouchers with a mere 6-month validity that are now no longer accessible. Limited customer flexibility in choosing treatment days due to a staff shortage. Display of rudeness and lack of interest in providing any form of customer care. My wife's appointment was cancelled as she no longer feels comfortable returning. It appears that they are heading towards failure.
