I have never encountered such rudeness while getting my nails done. The person, who I assume is the owner, should not be treating customers in such a manner. She pushed and shoved my hands, yelled at me to stay still when I wasn't even moving, and impolitely asked me to remove my hand from hers while applying the gel polish. Where else was I supposed to put my hand when getting my nails painted? This rushed and unpleasant experience began as soon as I walked in, and I regret not leaving immediately. I will definitely not be returning to this establishment. I strongly advise others to avoid it at all costs.
The service was rushed and lacked attention to detail. My nails were done in less than 20 minutes, but the gel polish did not dry properly, with one nail peeling off before I even reached home. I feel like the £25 I spent was wasted, and now my nails are ruined. The lady handling my nails was very pushy, shoving my hand into the dryer and taking it out before it had even been a minute. Her rudeness and lack of people skills were highly disappointing.
The service was hurried and lacked care. The use of an electric file resulted in significant damage to my nails, cutting the skin around them and causing bleeding. There was no attention given to the cuticles or the area around the nails. I recommend steering clear of this place, as there was no hand washing or soaking after the old gel was removed, and the new polish was applied directly on top.
