During my visit to Shirley's, I had a delightful experience with Charlotte, a pleasant and talkative individual. In contrast, the other stylist who washed my hair remained silent but provided a fantastic massage. I am extremely pleased with my retro 80s perm, so a HUGE THANK YOU to Charlotte. Shirley's is now my go-to local hairdresser.
