I've frequented this beauty salon for numerous years, and I plan to continue doing so. The team is fantastic, incredibly welcoming. The atmosphere is akin to a close-knit family. Always creating a sense of calm. It's consistently serene and tranquil. A superb establishment. Prices are fair and moderate as well.
Outstanding service, delightful friendly staff, exceptional massage
Appalling customer service and the most disrespectful organisation I have ever encountered. My uncle is unwell & has only weeks left to live, therefore I couldn't schedule an appointment within the 3-month validity period of my gift voucher. We expressed our regrets and even proposed bringing a companion (who would pay for a treatment) to accompany me so we could utilise the voucher, but the lady on the phone rudely informed me she couldn't assist. Truly the least compassionate company I have encountered! Not recommended
