I've dyed my hair brown, red, and back to blonde numerous times, and they always handle it with care to maintain its health. Currently sporting red hair, I inquired about transitioning to a ginger shade. They conducted strand tests and explored various lightening methods to ensure the colour would be perfect without compromising the hair quality. Thanks to their candid feedback, I decided against it they're not the type to take your money and proceed with something they know won't work.
