Went here to get my tongue pierced. She put a barbell in, and then told me to come back a few days later if I wanted a hoop? (Seemed a bit unprofessional to me because you’re meant to wait weeks/months to change any new piercings but I gave her the benefit of the doubt). I chose a hoop, and she then inserted a thicker needle through my tongue (that didn’t look new or sanitised) without warning (I was nearly sick and had to lie down due to feeling faint). When I got home, it started bleeding quite a lot, and no matter how much I cleaned it, it would just stay infected and irritated. It took just over a year to heal (should usually take 2-4 months), so I do not recommend this place for healthy piercings.
I had my eyebrow pierced here yesterday and i honestly couldn't recommend Olivia enough. The level of customer service I received was outstanding from start to finish (taking time to make sure the bar was the correct length, extra time to allow the jewellery to sterilise as I hadn't booked an appointment etc). Olivia made me feel welcome and at ease and I didn't feel awkward through any part of it (as you can imagine, it's a bit awkward getting your face pierced in front of a stranger 😂). Olivia was super friendly and had a good chat. I won't go anywhere else for my piercings now and will always return back here, thank you so much!
Had 2 lip piercings, she is so meticulous today, everything measured to ensure they match and so spotless. Had a septum piercing done 21 years ago here had no issues at all. She is exceptionally friendly and helpful and has some exquisite body jewellery in her studio. She knows her craft and would definitely go to her again.
