Visited for the first time today, and it was a delightful experience! Acrylic nails turned out beautifully. The staff was friendly, engaging in pleasant conversation, and displayed a passion for their work. Will definitely return!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. My nails were done here after a 2-hour wait past my scheduled appointment, only to be completed in 10 minutes. Disappointed with the wonky, uneven length, and not-as-expected ombré finish. Requested a refund 2 days later due to dissatisfaction, but the lady on the phone was extremely rude, insisting I return for a fix. Her disrespectful behaviour was unwarranted. Despite understanding their workload, a simple refund request was met with hostility. Will not return, reconsider before choosing this salon. Extremely disappointing experience!
Avoid this salon! Despite my lifelong experience with nail care, this was the worst service I've encountered. Testing them out as a newcomer to the area, I was met with poor quality service. Lack of communication, constant roughness, and negligence of care. Excessive use of drills near cuticles, damaging the nail structure. The lack of hygiene was evident, with reused gloves and inadequate cleaning practices. Not a place for relaxation or enjoyment, despite high prices. Very unprofessional.
