Zara is incredibly lovely, kind, and professional. She assisted me in fixing a botched job done by another woman who had applied eyelashes that I was completely dissatisfied with. After frantically searching online, I finally found her page on the same day and despite the late hour, she warmly greeted me and calmly helped me remove all my eyelashes. I didn't experience any discomfort; she was extremely gentle. Highly recommended x Thank you very much Zara!!
