SO thrilled with my flawless lashes! The new location is fantastic and truly peaceful. I wholeheartedly recommend it as the top lash spot I've come across. The staff are incredibly warm and friendly, making the experience even better.
I had my lash extension done here a year ago, uncertain if I should share my tale here. The artist I had was quite impatient when I unexpectedly started coughing during the treatment. I politely asked if I could step out to clear my throat, but it seemed like she wasn't pleased with my request. I had to plead with her for permission, despite apologizing. While I understand the importance of being prepared and not disrupting the session, coughing can be unpredictable. I didn't exhibit any cold symptoms that day, or else I would have rescheduled. I just hope the artist can show more patience and professionalism in such situations.
An impeccable journey from beginning to end. The warm welcome during my patch test set the tone, with clear and consistent communication. Today, I got a lovely natural set of lashes.
