The best establishment I've come across with reasonable prices and exceptional service, especially from Swati. She has become my preferred choice, recently had my eyebrows tinted and shaped and surprisingly it was so effortless, I left with the desired results without any discomfort. A delightful person to converse with.
The staff were welcoming but the gel polish started chipping on most nails in under 24 hours. I urgently had the gel polish applied a day before Christmas to ensure they lasted, only to end up with chipped nails during the festive season. We are going on a trip on the 27th so unfortunately, I won't be able to return to the salon after Christmas to voice my dissatisfaction. A very subpar job. I used to be a loyal customer but I won't be returning.
Absolutely not "precise nail care". I was truly hoping for satisfaction with the outcome. Three days later, my gel polish simply fell off without my knowledge. I have a hangnail from excessive cutting at the cuticle. The payment on my statement shows as Primark... How should I go about requesting a refund? Particularly as it's a franchise. Who should I hold accountable?
