Absolutely dreadful experience! I've had the same style and colour nails for over 7 years without any issues until now. I had them done less than 48 hours ago and woke up the next morning with one missing. I went back to have it fixed, only to wake up the following morning with another one gone. They tried to charge me for repairs, despite my explanation that they were too thin. They attempted to send me out with one nail repaired, three times the size of the others, and still charged me. I will not be returning. They had about 3-4 people working on one customer's hands, very unprofessional, and the most unhygienic place I've ever visited.
I can’t sing enough praises for Emily's nails. I’m thrilled to have discovered them as they have gained a loyal customer in me. The team is delightful, accommodating, welcoming, and exceptionally skilled in nails and nail art. You won’t be let down here.
I had my nails done last week, the first image is from that day and the second image is a week later. The team is very warm, even offered me a drink. The individual who did my nails was incredibly patient with me as I wasn't fond of the floral design she initially created, so she wiped it off and tried again until I was satisfied. I will definitely return as it's not overcrowded, so there's no long wait if I walk in.
